Manila 1945

This photograph is about the horrible abuses and maltreatment suffered by Philippines in the hands of disgruntled Nipponese occupying forces on the verge of defeat, as MacArthur and his army returned for the Battle of Manila. The shameful war crimes were carried out infra orders from the Japanese army leadership. Through recollections from witnesses as stated in an official government report, alongside narratives by Cesar Montano and Monet Silvestre, the core messages were that these atrocities should not be disregarded, and that an official apology from the Japanese government is necessary. It also would have helped if timelines were involved, as in when the atrocities were committed. I was also curious to know whether concrete legal or political steps were taken by the American or Philippine governments to bring the war criminals in the lead courts of justice. Were the Japanese military leaders prosecuted for these war crimes?...If you want to ache a proficient essay, order it on our website: BestEssayCheap.com
